Job Description
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address overdue balances effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports related to accounts receivable activities.
- Communicate with Thai-speaking clients to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and client account management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation related to accounts receivable.
A Successful Accounts Receivables Accountant (Thai Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial principles.
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Transportation allowance provided.
