• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure smooth operations across service, kitchen, cashier and customer service areas.
• Lead, supervise and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage and restaurant supplies.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service issues professionally.
• Prepare and monitor staff schedules according to business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and operational procedures.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and outlet expenses.
• Conduct staff training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with the Operations/HR team regarding staffing and operational matters.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports when required.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the restaurant meets company standards and business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and food safety.
• Able to manage staff and handle operational issues effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with basic reporting and administrative tasks.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess a positive attitude, responsible work ethic and strong leadership qualities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
