Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client engagement and market research.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and respond promptly to customer inquiries and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Shipping, Transportation, Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry.
• Experience handling clients in industries such as Oil & Gas will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
