Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Control of Technical Parts: Manage raw materials, machinery spare parts, tools, and consumables with zero-discrepancy tracking.
• Issuing & Receiving: Issue materials and spare parts to production or maintenance teams upon authorized requisitions; log all outflows systematically.
• Reorder Level Monitoring: Monitor minimum stock thresholds and flag items for reordering in advance to prevent production downtime.
• Stock Auditing: Conduct monthly and year-end physical inventory audits and reconcile variances.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain 5S standards in the store room and ensure safe handling of hazardous or heavy industrial materials.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an industrial warehouse, manufacturing plant, or technical store environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
