Job Responsibility:
- To follow up & update daily delivery status via WhatsApp’s to Lee’s Team (TN & Lee’s truck)
- To update 4PL staff Daily Attendance, M/C, A/L, Abs, Lateness, etc.
- To monitor 3PL logistic routing schedule arrangement if necessary.
- To monitor & work with 3PL Logistic to avoid failed delivery issues.
- To support and assist the Operation Executive on all GRN and POD matters.
- To observe TN Warehousing during of unloading goods for all Incoming Wet & Dry container when required.
- To take pictures of goods for all incoming containers, new SKUs and when requested by MKTG.
- To ensure 3PL practices FIFO / FEFO system.
- To report goods damage from the container to Lee's Shipping & Supply Chain Department.
- To communicate with Lee’s HQ within department (Supply Chain / Product Development / Sales, Marketing & Customer Service) on all 4PL related matters.
- To prepare all control documents related to HQ submission.
- To support ALL physical count activities (ie. 20 Sku’s) and ad-hoc requests.
- To complete the daily Butchery Output Report and send out to MKTG via email.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Assistant Operation Executive & Assistant Operation Manager
Skills/Attributes:
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to liaise with all levels.
- Independent, problem solver and passionate to think out of box to achieve the agreed KPIs.
- Results oriented and enjoys the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and able to write and speak English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
