Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing exceptional technical support to end-users.

Education & Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) in IT infrastructure management, network administration, and working understanding of ITSM/ITIL.

• Proficiency in server administration, network management, operating systems, storage, virtualization, Database and backup system.

• Experience in Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Skill & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing technical teams effectively.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards.

• Previous involvement in managing IT projects, from planning to execution.

• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Experience in managing relationships with vendors and partners for hardware, software, and services.

• Skill in identifying process inefficiencies and proposing enhancements for better operational efficiency.

• Ability to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
