Kerja Sepenuh Masa Inspector of Works (M-E), Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di NCT ALLIANCE BERHAD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure the contractor complies with the QA/QC, HSE plans and procedures. Liaise with Builder’s on standard of workmanship to be achieved.
• To carry regular inspections to check conformance of material, workmanship conforms to approved method statements and approved drawings.
• Check that the equipment and materials used and site installation works are in strict compliance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
• Carry out inspections of the M&E works and check for conformity with drawings and specification.
• Review and check approved for construction drawings for potential installation problem and report to design office
• To attend and report progress and issues at client consultant and site project meetings.
• To ensure contractor prepare progress reports, project QA/QC document and certificates
• Monitor the progress of M&E works and maintain site records.
• Resolve co-ordination problems encountered on site relating to the M&E works.
• Attend and witness testing and commissioning of various M&E works.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
• Preferable with Mechanical based and experience.

Job Description:

• Candidate must posses at least a diploma in M&E and above (Preferable Electrical)
• Min 10 – 15 years working experience in the supervisor of property development or constructions projects.

• Able to work in a fast -paced and demanding environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
