Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) Selangor - Maukerja

Task & Responsibilities:

-To assist Project Engineer to supervise all construction works on the project.
-To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
-To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization.
-To implement project operations and document control procedures.
-To supervise, monitor and control daily work at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
-To coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project site.
-To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
-To carry out inspections and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans. Results of such to conform to specifications and drawings.
-To ensure that workers and subcontractors adhere to good housekeeping.
-To implement ESH operational controls documented in the HIRADC/Job Safety & Health Analysis and Environmental Aspects and Impacts Register.
-To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
-To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
-To comply with legal and other requirements applicable to the organization and projects.
-To assist in solving site coordination issues.
-To liaise with Inspector of Work (IOW) for inspection related.
-Monitoring and checking out of Material received at site to follow standard and follow specification.
-Undertake any other functions as directed by the management from time to time.

Skills:

1. Core Technical Competencies
-Structural & Architectural Reading: Interpret structural drawings, reinforcement details architectural finishes, and MEP layouts.
-Formwork & Concreting: Supervise formwork installation, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and curing processes.
-Setting-Out & Leveling: Use surveying tools like total stations, dumpy levels, and laser markers for accurate building alignment.
-Finishing Work Quality Control: inspect architectural finishes including tiling, plastering. painting, drywall installation, and waterproofing.
-MEP Coordination: Coordinate basic structural penetrations for electrical conduits, plumbing lines, and HVAC ducting.

2. Operational & Safety Management

-Permit to Work (PTW): Issue and verify daily work permits for high-risk activities like hot work or working at heights.
-Scaffolding & Heights Safety: Inspect scaffolding structures, edge protection, and ensure 100% fall protection compliance.
-Sub-contractor Coordination: Manage schedules and handovers between different trades to avoid work overlaps and delays.
-Material Quality Check: Verify that incoming bricks, cement, steel, and finishes match approved samples and delivery orders.

3. Progress Tracking & Administration

-Dally Site Diary: Maintain detailed logs of weather conditions, workforce headcount, machinery usage, and work completed.
-Defect Rectification: Identify, document, and monitor the fixing of construction defects before structural handovers.
-Progress Photo Documentation: Capture and organize visual evidence of hidden works before they are covered by concrete or walls.

Education & Experience:

-Diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent field.
-Required 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project construction sites if hold a relevant Diploma or bachelor's degree (such as Civil Engineering).

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
