Ventamin is a direct-to-consumer healthcare brand making wellness simpler with nutritional supplements that are science-backed and formulated by experts. The brand is led by Dr Ingky, a dermatologist followed by nearly 3 million people across platforms. Since our May 2024 launch, we've shipped to customers in over 45 countries via *************, and we're continuing to grow internationally.

The Role

This is a full-time, in-office position editing the video ads we run on Meta, where we spend a significant advertising budget. The footage for each ad comes from two sources: shoots with real talent, and material you create using AI.

You'll take a script or creative brief and turn it into an ad designed to drive sales, not to win design awards. A big part of the job is refreshing our proven winners with new versions. If a shot we need doesn't exist, you won't wait for the next production day. You'll make it yourself with AI tools.

We need someone who thinks like a DTC marketer, finds their own b-roll, and moves quickly without needing close supervision.

What You'll Do

• Edit Meta conversion ads and VSLs across short, mid-length and long formats
• Create several different hooks from a single set of footage so we can test them against each other
• Write your own prompts and use AI video tools to produce b-roll and supporting clips when real footage isn't available
• Turn supplied scripts into AI UGC ads using AI presenters and AI voiceover, making sure they come across as genuine people
• Blend AI visuals, b-roll, transitions, effects and on-screen text into live-action footage

What We're Looking For

• Past experience editing ad creatives for a Meta advertising account
• 2 to 3 years of editing experience and confidence in CapCut, Premiere Pro or comparable software
• A solid grasp of hook retention and pacing, including what makes viewers leave in the first three seconds
• Practical experience with AI tools for video, images and voice (for example Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Hedra, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs), and the ability to write original prompts instead of copying existing ones
• A sharp eye for AI mistakes such as extra fingers, garbled text, the wrong product bottle, mispronunciations, or shots that don't match each other
• The ability to take a brief and run with it independently
• Strong attention to detail and the organisation to manage multiple briefs at the same time without anything slipping

Bonus Skills

• After Effects for motion graphics and animation
• ComfyUI, LoRA training, or other experience keeping faces or products consistent across AI generations
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager and analysing creative performance on your own
• Copywriting ability, particularly for hooks and captions
• Photoshop, Lightroom or Illustrator
• A genuine interest in skincare, beauty or wellness
