• Assist in daily accounting and finance operations, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitor daily transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and ensure records are updated.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Verify and process staff claims, petty cash, and expenses reimbursement.
• Assist in handling supplier invoices and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure all accounting entries are properly recorded and comply with company procedures.
• Support the Finance Manager/Account Executive in daily accounting tasks.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting or finance-related roles is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar systems) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
