"Japanese Language is Must have"

EXPERIENCE (Preferred)

· 5+ Years’ information technology role experience

· 3+ Years in Japanese linguistic support (Mandate)

· Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Identity, Data, and AI workloads.

· Proficiency with Azure Portal, Azure PowerShell, Azure CLI, and cloud diagnostics tools.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience managing critical customer escalations and incident resolution.

· Excellent communication and customer obsession, with the ability to engage customers, executives, and engineering stakeholders effectively.

· Experience working with community platforms, knowledge management, AI-assisted support, or technical forums.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or related field; Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, AI-102) preferred.
