Job Description:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments at the cashier.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to cafe standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and cashier areas.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and general floor operations.
• Check and replenish supplies when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B, cashier, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.

Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are welcome to apply. No prior work experience is required, as training will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
