Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assembly Technician, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Genic Technology Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Job Purpose

Perform hands-on assembly and installation of semiconductor equipment in accordance with engineering drawings, Work Instructions, quality requirements and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general assembly of semiconductor equipment, including mechanical components, piping, cabling, electrical components, panels, covers and related assemblies.
• Use hand tools, torque tools, jigs and fixtures safely and correctly.
• Follow engineering drawings, Work Instructions (WI), SOPs and assembly checklists.
• Perform basic inspection and self-check to ensure correct installation, alignment, connections and workmanship.
• Identify and report abnormal conditions, missing/damaged parts or discrepancies during assembly.
• Maintain component traceability and complete required assembly/inspection records.
• Work according to production schedules and required assembly cycle times.
• Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and safety in the assembly area.
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers and other technicians to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Participate in technical training and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Technical Certificate / SKM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred in machinery, equipment, automation, or general assembly.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may be considered.
• Hands-on and physically fit for assembly work.
• Able to use basic hand tools and follow technical drawings / Work Instructions.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic electrical/wiring knowledge is an advantage.
• Japanese language ability is an advantage, but not required.
• Willing to work normal hours with OT and shift work when required.
• Willing to travel overseas for technical training, including Japan and China, when required.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
