We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled 2D CAD Draughtsman to create accurate, high-quality technical drawings, construction details, and schematic layouts. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and design teams to translate concepts and rough sketches into precise production drawings. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a significant plus as our team continues to integrate modern visual workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and issue detailed 2D architectural, structural, or MEP drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify drawing details and design intent.
• Maintain organized drawing registers, layer standards, and block libraries.
• Conduct site measurements or reviews when necessary to update as-built drawings.
• Ensure all drawing submissions meet specified deadlines and compliance standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or vocational qualification in Drafting, Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a 2D CAD Draughtsman in architectural, engineering, or construction environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting, block management, external references/Xrefs, and plotting standards).
• Strong understanding of standard drafting conventions, symbols, scale, and layout design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

• Experience in M&E field especially ACMV and/or FPS.
• Experience or working knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
• Familiarity with BIM workflows, 3D model navigation, or extracting 2D documentation directly from Revit models.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
