Job Description:
A Field Technician is responsible for designing, setting up, and maintaining computer networks both Internal & external to ensure smooth communication and data sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Ensure network security and data protection
• Support users with network-related problems
• Plan and implement network upgrades or expansions
• Work with vendors and IT teams to maintain reliable network infrastructure

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching)
• Familiar with network tools and equipment (Cisco, H3C, Mikrotik, etc.)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• CCNA or similar certification (added advantage)

Must have:
- Own Transport
- Abe to Travel
-Open for fresh graduate candidates

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
