Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Warehouse Clerk di Xin Hwa Supply Chain Selangor - Maukerja

Location: Shah Alam

Job Responsibilities:

• Possess a basic understanding of Warehouse Management System and familiarity with warehouse processes.
• Recognize the significance of warehouse document flow and adhere to relevant requirements.
• Verify documents against requirements before inputting data into the system.
• Exercise caution when entering data into the System.
• Promptly report any document or process errors to superiors.
• Generate Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Delivery Note (DN) or other in the system based on document evidence.
• Maintain daily activity updates in the system for transit goods and organize document filing accordingly.
• Generate reports as needed and submit them to superiors in a timely manner.
• Support month-end physical stock counts, reconcile system balances, and submit inventory reports to superiors and/or customers.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma in Logistic or related field.
• Min 2 years’ experience in related field.
• High sense of responsibility, able to work independently, prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Computer literate, good knowledge in WMS and MS Excel.
• Can start work immediately will be an added advantage.
