EXECUTIVE – PRODUCTION CONTROL (CONTRACT)

(based in Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:

• To liaise with local suppliers, forwarding agent and Finance dept. for the purchase order, invoicing; inventory stock holding matter.
• To support Localization, Homologation, Finance, Allocation, CKD department for the production operation process and OMV documentation.
• To assist team for the MMO posting and MMO Part replacement (if required).
• Manage invoice processing and documentation
• Support inventory management and system improvement by ensuring accurate inventory data entry and monitoring, as well as preparing and updating user guidelines
• Monitor and escalate any cost changes to the superior, ensuring all changes are supported by proper memo or email documentation.
• Plan and prepare Monthly Local Parts Purchase Orders (LPPO) based on production requirements, MPS, and Niguri forecasts to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing and parts replacement process
• Develop and maintain standardized procurement documentation
• Gain comprehensive understanding of departmental and vendor operations, including procurement, inventory control, and the overall supply chain process from PO receipt to parts delivery.

Requirements:

• A degree in logistics will be added advantages.
• 2 years working experience and familiar with import and export process and procedures is preferable
• Highly committed, result oriented and computer literate
• High sense of responsibility with ability to work within deadline
• Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team
• Excellent in problem solving, planning & coordinating skills
• Possess good interpersonal skills with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command in both oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
