Key Responsibilities & Delegations

• Ensure smooth operation of all system and service in accordance to the maintenance schedule
• Preserve the functions of all M&E services to achieve smooth and effective operation.
• Perform regular checks on electrical switch board, air compressor system, air -conditioner and other service to ensure all of them are functioning in proper manner.
• Perform any other functions of building maintenance in regards to carpentry, plumbing. staining and varnishing, faucet repair, caulking, measuring, sewage disposal, etc.
• Attend to requester, feedback or complaints on maintenance related matters and carry out the relevant repair jobs.
• Perform appropriate repair and maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot equipment to avoid future repairs.
• Ensure proper recording of work assignments and prepare daily or weeks reports for submission.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner.
• Support and maintain 5S activities in manufacturing areas.
• Any other tasks as directed by superiors.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical related fields
• Minimum 2 years related working experience

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
