Position Overview

MELTKIES Cookies is seeking a motivated and approachable Part-Time Promoter to represent our brand at Central I-City, Shah Alam.

The successful candidate will interact with shoppers, introduce them to our freshly baked cookies, offer product samples, and actively encourage sales. You will also be responsible for keeping the kiosk neat, presentable, and well-maintained throughout your shift.

What You'll Be Doing

• Approach customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Introduce MELTKIES cookies and explain the different products available.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' preferences.
• Support daily sales by actively promoting products and encouraging purchases.
• Offer samples to customers and create awareness of the brand.
• Answer customer questions and assist them throughout the purchasing process.
• Monitor stock levels and keep the product display fully replenished.
• Ensure the kiosk and surrounding area remain clean and presentable.
• Comply with company guidelines, food handling procedures, and hygiene requirements.
• Assist with other reasonable tasks requested by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in promotions, retail, or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Pleasant, confident, and approachable personality.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and promoting products.
• Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Hardworking and willing to learn.
• Able to perform effectively in a busy retail setting.

Daily Pay

• Monday – Friday: RM100/day
• Saturday & Sunday: RM120/day

Sales Incentives

Additional sales incentives are available on top of the daily rate.

Work Schedule

Working Days:
Monday – Sunday

Flexible commitment available for weekdays or weekends.

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Includes a 2-hour break
