Key Job Responsibilities

• To act as the primary subject matter expert for assigned products, providing in-depth knowledge and support to internal teams and customers.
• To collaborate with the product management team to define product positioning, messaging and value propositions based on market research and customer feedback.
• To assist in the development of marketing materials, product documentation and training resources to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• To support sales teams by providing product training, conducting product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries.
• To gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.
• To monitor product performance and market adoption, providing insights and recommendations for improvements and new features.
• To participate in product launches and promotional activities, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful execution.
• To stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lab or 1 year in medical/lab sales.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic products, laboratory workflows, and clinical applications.
• Problem-solving skills to address technical inquiries and challenges
• Good team player and able to work independently

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
