Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources field.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Proven result in payroll
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Good knowledge on Employment Act 1955 & HR best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Possess the experience/ knowledge in overall HR functions; strong in payroll, will be overseeing and auditing payroll;
Possess have certain knowledge in work permit processing
Possess good leadership skills;
Good communication skills ;will be expected to initiate certain projects to improvise current processes/ cost-saving initiatives;
