Kemahiran komputer dalam Microsoft Suite dan pelbagai program Perisian.
Have at least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
Have good patience in handling employee issue.
Required language(s) Mandarin , English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Required Skill (s) : Good Knowledge in office administration , events organizing.
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduated Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent;
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Possess a full spectrum of HR knowledge, payroll, Malaysian Labor Laws, statutory requirements, and prevailing human resource practices; the Employment Act, 1955.
Good communication and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and to work independently to facilitate the establishment.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
A problem solver with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and IT savvy.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
Preferably candidate with knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group.
