Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil / Construction Management or relevant disciplines

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, Ms Word , AutoCAD

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English

At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in C&S and Architectural trades

Good knowledge of project management, contract and cost control

Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures

Pleasant disposition and possess good leadership quality

Resourceful and able to work independently

Able to work under pressure and deliver within commited deadlines

Added advantage with JKR building works experience.

Willing to travel

HAVE STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD (ADDED ADVANTAGE IF EXPERIENCE ON INFRAWORKS)

Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency License registered with DOSH / JKKP.- Yellow book

Have min 3 years working experiences in related field.

Possess communication skills to interact with people all levels.

Good command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate.

Work location will be in Kedah

Willing to travel if require.

Working hours (Saturday to Thursday)
