Candidate must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity in a shopping complex management or property management industry will be an advantage.

Knowledge in tenancy agreement, preferably experience in property management and leasing of shopping center will be an advantage.

Independent, resourceful, highly motivated and result-oriented.

Possess a professional and pleasant personality with good negotiation skills.

Able to work in a team and individually.
