- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve the assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Achieve the required gross profit percentage and gross profit value. Focus on profitable sales instead of sales volume alone. Develop recovery plans immediately when performance falls below target.
- Customer Development: Develop new customers into regular and long-term accounts. Strengthen relationships with purchasing, operations, maintenance, warehouse and management personnel. Identify cross-selling opportunities across PMKTG’s product range. Conduct regular follow-up on quotations, projects and repeat orders.
- Product and Solution Selling: Maintain sufficient knowledge of PMKTG’s products, applications and commercial advantages.
