Mempunyai lesen Setiausaha oleh SSM, MIA, MAICSA, Malaysian Bar, MACS, MICPA, Sabah Law Assoc. & Advocates Assoc. of Sarawak, Ijazah dalam Perniagaan/Pentadbiran Korporat dan/atau pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan selama sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun dalam fungsi setiausaha syarikat.
Mahir menulis dan berbahasa Inggeris atau Bahasa Malaysia.
Boleh bekerja secara bebas dengan pengawasan minimum.
Mahir dalam Akta Syarikat 2016.
Memiliki personaliti yang menyenangkan dan kemahiran interpersonal yang baik.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in MAICSA/MACS, Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Secretarial/ICSA or equivalent.
Able to work under minimum supervision and independently
Must be very organized, self-motivated, enthusiasm, good in planning and fast learning
Pleasant personality and able to work as team player
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written)
Knowledge of Company Secretarial work will be an added advantage
Candidate must be Malaysian
Willing to follow strict SOP (COVID-19) that was announced by the government and some SOP that set by Management for reducing the risk of COVID-19 infection.
A degree in finance, economics, or ICSA is preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in secretarial or corporate affairs, with a preference for candidates with experience in the financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
Minimum have 1 years of relevant company secretarial experience in commercial companies or medium to large secretarial service providers (will be added advantage.)
Knowledge of MS Word / Excel and secretarial software
Must be familiar in MBRS and MYCOID submissions.
Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practices.
Able work independently
Good Communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written
Computer literate and proficient command of English/Bahasa.
Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply)
Minimum LCCI in accounting or finance from a recognised College, Degree (Major in Accounting) or those with a full or partial professional qualification (LCCI, CAT, MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA or PA Australia)
Possess written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of accounting software will be adding advantage
Able to speak/write in mandarin language will be adding advantage as need to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines on the job allocated by management
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
Preferably more than 3 years working experience in similar nature of role.
