We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects within industrial or plant environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of E&I projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee E&I projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project scope, schedule, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, MCCs, lighting) and instrumentation systems (e.g., sensors, transmitters, PLCs).
Review and approve electrical and instrumentation engineering drawings, specifications, and design documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, contractors, procurement, and QA/QC.
Ensure strict compliance with industry codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, ISA), safety standards (e.g., OSHA), and client specifications.
Manage and track budgets, change orders, and project documentation (RFIs, submittals, technical queries).
Conduct site visits to oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely equipment delivery and technical support.
Lead project meetings and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in E&I project management within industrial, oil & gas, power generation, or process industries.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation devices, automation, and control systems (e.g., PLC/DCS).
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-discipline projects in live plant or hazardous environments.
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (e.g., NEC, ISA, IEEE, API, IEC).

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with AutoCAD, SmartPlant Instrumentation, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects or brownfield retrofits.
