Fibon Group comprises of a holding company, Fibon Berhad, and five wholly owned subsidiary companies each of which synergizing and contributing their expertise in their respective fields and regions towards the Group.

The principal activities of the FIBON Group are chemical, electrical and finance. Its business base covers 28 countries in 6 continents across the globe.
The five wholly owned subsidiary companies under the holding company, Fibon Berhad, are Fibon UK Limited, Fibon Australia Pty Ltd, Fibon Electric (M) Sdn Bhd, Fibon Capital Sdn Bhd and Hexa Analisa Sdn Bhd.
