Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising / Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass communications, Marketing or equivalent.

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Willing to travel.

Plans and implements sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range targeted toward existing and new markets for the Group.

Plans and overseas advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

Develops and recommends products positioning, packaging, distribution and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to ensure that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

Established and maintains the approved corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional material, and events.

Coordinates and works with other units within the Group.
