Full Time Visual Merchandising Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in M.T.M Realty WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail interior design, visual merchandising, or store/event design.

• Proficiency in graphic design software(Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) andinterior design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

• Strong creativity, visualization skills, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of retail display, signage, and promotional campaign design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations and event sites.

·       Develop design concepts for retail outlets, pop-up stores, and promotion fair spaces, including space plans, layouts, 3D visualizations, color palettes, materials, and furnishings.

·       Prepare technical design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and plans for contractors and suppliers.

·       Optimize store and event layouts for traffic flow, customer engagement, and product visibility.

·       Plan and implement product displays, signage, and point-of-sale setups, maintaining brand consistency across all locations and events.

·       Monitor and refresh visual displays according to seasons, campaigns, or promotions.

·       Create in-store graphics, banners, promotional materials, and digital assets.

·       Collaborate with marketing and event teams to design visuals for campaigns and fairs.

·       Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to implement designs.

·       Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control for store fit-outs and event setups.

·       Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with the plan.

·       Work closely with contractors, management and suppliers to implement projects successfully.

·       Stay updated with retail design trends, visual merchandising techniques, and industry best practices.

·       Suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance in-store and event experiences.

·       Resolve on-site design and layout challenges efficiently.

·       Adapt designs to different store sizes, locations, or event requirements.
