Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical systems is advantageous.

Willingness to learn and work with fire protection systems.

Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines meticulously.

Good problem-solving skills for basic troubleshooting tasks.

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks as needed on-site.

Eagerness to contribute to a team environment and support senior technicians.

Basic understanding of building maintenance principles is a plus.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Assist senior technicians in the installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various mechanical and electrical systems within client facilities, including HVAC systems, to identify and address potential issues.

Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems related to fire protection, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Conduct basic repairs and replacements of faulty components in fire protection, electrical, and mechanical equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols during site visits, equipment handling, and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities, including parts used and time spent, for reporting and inventory purposes.

Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in fire protection, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Support the team in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and proposals related to M&E project contracting works.
