Full Time Architectural Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Keringat Selangor - Maukerja

• Possess at lease a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably with exposure to high-rise project

• Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work

• Capable to monitor and control the quality of sub-contractor’s works including timely completion of individual traders and the whole

• Computer literate & knowledge in using Auto CAD is an added advantage

• Able to read/understand Civil & Structural and Architectural drawings and other contract documents

• Able to work independently, highly disciplined, responsible, punctual, and very duty-bound

• To assist Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in all site matters

• Assist and undertake any other duties as instructed by superior

• Attend site meetings when required

• To coordinate with site team on work progress with minimum guidance

• To liaise with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawing and specification with good quality of workmanship

• To control and minimize wastage of materials & idling of machinery at site

• To prepare paperwork such as bill of quantity, claims, progress report, ‘Kong’ card etc

• Manage and ensure all project documents, record and filing system is maintained at all time

• To monitor and forecast the progress work done / claim in line with the Master work program

• Monitor and inspect sub-contractors works to ensure it operates in good condition and safe manner

ü  Resolve technical complications and propose solutions to problems at site by communicating and meeting up with the consultants and contractors
