Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of Industrial Automation products and systems is preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and principals.

Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willing to travel within Malaysia for customer visits and project support.

Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.

Conduct product training, demonstrations, and technical presentations for customers and business partners.

Provide technical consultation and application advice on industrial automation products and solutions.

Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, solution recommendations, and feasibility studies.

Support customer meetings, product evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities.

Review and analyze customer requirements to identify suitable products and solution packages.

Work closely with principals, suppliers, and internal teams on product customization and improvement initiatives.

Assist in developing market-oriented solutions by adapting existing products to customer needs.

Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to support product enhancement activities.

Support on-site and online customer presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

Build strong relationships with customers, system integrators, machine builders, and industrial end-users.

Assist in resolving application-related issues and provide technical recommendations when required.

Perform additional tasks and assignments as assigned by Management from time to time.
