Experienced in design, sales, or project management within the construction/interior design industry.

Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred, with strong communication skills in English and Malay.

Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage site activities and material procurement.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Meet with clients to understand their design and functional requirements.

Prepare design concepts, proposals, and presentations that align with client expectations.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of design plans.

Be present on-site to oversee progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.

Manage material selection and purchasing, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
