Key Responsibilities:-
• To manage and reconcile the data record for semi-finished goods (“SFG”) and finished goods (“FG”) including logistics cost related for the calculation of production costs;
• To perform checking on inventory reports, send by warehouse to ensure the correction of data before preparation pf production costs
• To coordinate and liaise with central planning and warehouse department on half year & annual stockpile survey;
• To process all invoices related logistics cost related by updating the Invoices Master Listing, preparing the payment application forms and key-in / updating into XERO system
• To perform reconciliation of invoices;
• To record, monitor and reconcile fixed assets, construction in progress (“CIP”), CAPEX expenditure & lease assets
• To prepare and send out Account Receivable (“AR”) weekly summary report to management
• To liaise with respective departments for any issues
• To liaise with auditors on the quarter reviews and statutory audit;
