Job Scope
Involve in the monthly closing of Accounts and submissions of reports to HQ
Provide supervision for Accounts Payable
Support General Manager in annual projection and operating budget and cash projection
Support General manager in enforcing good internal controls
Review related Balance Sheet accounts and prepares audit schedule
Assist and support internal and external audits and update audit and Risks report for Finance Department
Participate in system enhancements and project implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant stakeholders
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of working experience

Job Scope:
• Experience in managing full set of account.
• Prepare, analyze and present monthly Management Report and Management Accounts
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, invoices, debit notes, credit notes.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and any other accounting reports (Debtors or Creditors) as required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation and filling of all accounting documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly accounts closing to meet tight deadline
• Perform any tasks or works being assigned by the Management
• Liaise with Banker, Company Secretary, Tax Agent, Auditor.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience.
• Experience in handling Construction Company’s Accounts will be an advantage
Assist and report to Director of Finance in all areas relating to finance operation, project, financial reporting, management analysis, consolidation and all treasury related matters.
