Responsibilities:
* Assist in all matters pertaining to the administration job in purchase department.
* Responsible to prepare and issue all related documents such as Sales Order, Purchase Order, Sales Invoice, etc.
* Arrange and coordinate delivering out invoices & stock to outlets
* Provide any administrative support efficiently to the team such as filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.
* Assist in ad-hoc duties or all other tasks as & when required by superior.
Requirements:
* SPM / STPM / Diploma in Related field
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Computer literate and knowledge in MS Excel and software UBS.
