Job Scope :• Outlet staff management and scheduling.• Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.• Outlet sales and profitability.• Direct potential customers into the restaurant.• Explain and promote products and offerings.• Customer service.• Daily cash reporting.• Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.• Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.• Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.• Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan pencegahan dan pembaikan bagi produk/peralatan/mesin, termasuk membaiki kerosakan enjin, sistem mekanikal dan elektrikal, menggantikan alat ganti serta komponen, membaiki kerosakan badan mesin, menjalankan troubleshooting dan lain-lain kerja berkaitan.
Memeriksa mesin, enjin dan sistem transmisi serta menjalankan ujian diagnostik untuk mengenal pasti masalah fungsi.
Mengenal pasti punca kerosakan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan tepat serta dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.
