• Organize and carrying out periodic checking of the mechanical equipment’s according to preventive maintenance schedule to ensure that they are in good working condition.
• Trouble shooting and repair all faulty equipment, fittings and furniture
• Supervising and liaising with various appointed maintenance and service contractors
• Carry out minor rectification works e.g: leakage, blockage, painting, replacement of faulty fittings, etc.
• Carry out cleaning and servicing for any in house maintenance works
• Carry out inventory checking for maintenance tools, electrical items, parts and consumables.
• Be on site whenever required at whatever time.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Superior
• Possess minimum SPM, SPMV, Competency Certificate In Wireman, Certificate in Electrical and Electronic or equivalent with any related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Building maintenance industry.
• Have own transport and willing to work overtime
• Self-motivated with proactive attitude
• Able work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision

• Handling and dealing with incoming work or assigned work orders.
• Communicate and update on any existing and potential issues with your supervisors or with your head of department.
• Performs electrical work, mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
• Repair work such as repairing furniture, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes.
• Monitors work performed by contractors, prepares estimates of labour and material costs, contacts external contractors and arranges for major repairs and maintenance work.
• Completes and maintains related records such as maintenance logs and any incident reports.
