Manage the implementation of the SGR Ecosystem Blueprint, ensuring each programme is implemented effectively through close collaboration with external or internal programme owners. Programmes range from developing the Supply Base and Fabrication Yard Development, SGR Activity Horizon, Strategic Partnerships, Industrial Capability, Enterprise Excellence and Financial Facilitation.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal PETROS departments such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Upstream, Downstream, Projects, Industrial Capability, Finance. This includes collaborating/working closely in framing approach to programme implementation, reporting mechanisms and reviewing progress of programmes.
Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the Blueprint execution and ecosystem expansion, through periodic reporting and continuous engagements with internal and external key stakeholders.
