1. To complete New Factory Project - Food Processing 2. Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractor in the same project. 3. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion 4. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs 5. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations 6. Meet contractual conditions of performance 7. Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding layout requirements via construction drawings. 8. Review the work progress on daily basis 9. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status 10. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones 11. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses 12. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks 13. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques 14. Carry out any tasks that the superior deems appropriate from time to time. Qualifications for Construction Project Manager 1. Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture 2. 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction 3. Comfortable reading and understading blueprints and drawings 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software 5. Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles 6. Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs 7. High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions 8. Strong leadership and management skills
