Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, control, maintain and updates the electrical-related process when needed.
• Plan and manage the replacement, improvement and alteration of electrical plant & equipment.
• Maintain and update the asset register or electrical plant and equipment.
• Identify technical problems and react promptly with solutions and recommendations.
• Handling and troubleshooting all electrical plants and equipment.
• Schedule of preventative maintenance works.
• Train fellow employees/technicians with appropriate technical knowledge of PLC (Ladder diagram), HMI, Servo motor, Inverter and other electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation equipment vendors, to ensure compliance with project specifications. Selection of electrical equipment types, cable sizes and protection types and review drawings, calculations, design reports, etc. by vendors
• Provide support on in-house control panel / electrical design, site electrical installation, testing and commissioning, or servicing jobs related to electrical and control packages at customers’ premises.
• Support quality department in troubleshooting quality incidents, and provide technical solutions for manufacturing issues or customer issues.
• Undertake, coordinate and timely execute any other assigned task or projects from time to time.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Automation or Electronics) with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in all MS Office applications and AUTOCAD application
• To have technical knowledge of PLC and highly skilled with instrumentation, diagnostic and ability to troubleshoot.
• Have strong analytical skills

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
3 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control system design, analysis, and implementation
Proficiency in using CAD software
Familiar with control system programming and software tools such as PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems
Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations related to instrumentation and control systems, such as ISA, IEC, and NEC
Review electrical engineering drawings and design electrical systems. Create electrical installation details, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, electrical & signal cable routing and BQ material lists. Conduct site survey and retrieve information to complete drawing,layout and design including tagging database, point of connection, technical specifications.
Develop & review the Process Instrumentation and Control documentation such as P&ID, logic diagrams, control narratives, IO signal list, cable list, control panels. Support site installation, site acceptance test and function test during Test & Commissioning phase. Coordinate and review with sub-contractor, third party vendor, system owner.
Ensure Quality & Health Safety standard and regulatory compliance. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Requirements:
