1. Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing,
photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
2. Assist in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders, vendors, and auditors regarding
financial matters.
3. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or senior finance

4. Assist with processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and payroll activities.
5. Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy and

They use their review of the client's financial governance as assurance to give testimony to the shareholders, stakeholders and board of directors of the organisation or company that all is up to par.
1. Responsible to assist Finance Manager for the overall Finance & Credit activities related to Tourism and Hospitality Division companies.
2. Responsible to assist Finance Manager for Banking & Finance activities under your charge & to ensure scheduled payments are made.
3. Responsible to assist Finance Manager to provide all aspects of Finance & Credit support to the Company under your charge. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as statutory and Management reporting, budgeting, and any related to Finance & Credit initiatives.
4. Ensure that all Finance & Credit activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
5. Responsible for process improvement and enhancement.
6. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
