Full job description
Analyze financial data of the Company's operations across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore & Malaysia;
Working closely with local accounting manager
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis;
Forecast and track financial performance across the regions;
Monitor and report on key financial metrics;
Assist in developing financial models and conducting financial analysis;
Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the regions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions;
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the regions;
Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
Proactively work with team lead/manager to identify, propose and implement continuous process improvement opportunities in existing processes;
Plan the risk assessment of internal control systems and approve necessary improvements;
Support regional projects through insightful financial analysis and initiatives for revenue growth management and financial process optimization;
Involvement in ad hoc activities or projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore & Malaysia markets
Travelling within the group is required
