Role Description The Regional Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations across the region, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Regional Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with local regulations and Aetosky’s global standards, while supporting leaders with guidance on organizational development and change management.
