Job Responsibilities: Assist on clinic reception Manage both Japanese and Malaysia Insurance claim Provide support to patient through medical interpretation Manage daily, monthly accounts Other general clinic management tasks Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field. No work experience required. Full-Time position(s) available. Japanese and English language proficiency required JLPT N1 level required. Probation period: 3months *extendable in some cases Working hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00 to 19:00; Actual working hour is 8 hours per day (1-hour break) Day off: eight days off monthly Insurance: Private medical insurance Employee Benefits: Annual leave =8 days, Sick Leave = 14 days, Maternity Leave = 2 months Statutory benefits & contributions on EPF, SOCSO, PCB Allowance / Travel allowance, Parking fee Training: New employee training Training for medical interpreter OMOTENASHI (hospitality) training *Medical field related experience are not required.
