- Access Network Deployment & Integration:• Configure, commission, and maintain OLT platforms (GPON, XGS-PON, NG-PON2) and Optical Network Terminals/Units (ONT/ONU).• Design, deploy, and integrate indoor/outdoor 4G LTE and 5G NR Small Cells, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and micro-cell nodes.
- Network Transport & Backhaul• Provision and troubleshoot mobile backhaul/fronthaul transport links connecting Small Cells to the Mobile Core (EPC/5GC).• Manage Layer 2 switching, Layer 3 routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), VLAN tagging (QinQ), and MPLS/Segment Routing implementations across access nodes.
