1) To assists immediate superior in daily operation to achieve quality target and ensure compliance to the Quality Management System.
2) Perform sample analysis as per analytical methods for testing raw materials and finished products, including stability testing.
1. Reports to QC Executives on all matters pertaining to laboratory equipment status involving availability, preventive maintenance, calibration and qualification.
2. Responsible in ensuring that all the laboratory equipment are always in an idle status for use.
3. Responsible in conducting calibration, and preventive maintenance according to the predetermined schedule.
4. Responsible in coordinating for external calibration and preventive maintenance for laboratory equipment as per schedule.
5. To update the laboratory equipment master list, in order to reflect the current number and status of the equipment.
6. To ensure that all equipment records are maintained and archived in equipment files.
7. To perform sampling on incoming materials, RO water, finished goods and intermediates.
8. Assist in preparation of Microbiological media and sample for testing.
9. Conduct water testing and Environmental monitoring
10. To immediately report to Superior on any deviation observed on laboratory equipment.
11. To strictly follow to safety regulations during daily work and safety precaution of each equipment.
12. To practice GMP and GLP at all times.
13. Establish were and tare or spare part list for critical instruments and ensure stock keep of the spare parts.
14. To comply and establish MS 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System (EMS).

• Assist to analyse and monitor every samples: New sample, incoming product and finished product. (Bomb Calorimeter and Moisture Analyzer)
• Assist the facility to carry out sampling and testing of all new samples, incoming and outgoing materials
• To carry out the sampling based on the sampling plan as prepared by the Executive
• To carry out the necessary sampling on the outgoing material to ensure that the product is always in the said requirement of the factory
• Assist in maintaining the operating conditions of laboratory equipment, perform calibration and review laboratory needs and planning

2. Conduct physical testing of products.
3. Prepare necessary materials upon request of R&D Executive/Manager.
4. Keep records and maintain inventory of R&D products.
5. Collect, record, and analyze test results.
6. Perform any other jobs as requested.
Responsibilities/ Roles:
Plating site support to all technical related projects/ evaluation/ development and able to apply failure analysis methodology
To initiate current process improvement with value engineering & support process technology transfer to other plating sites
Project/ support roles to support new process/ equipment sites installation & process optimization with hands-on equipment set-up approach.
Conduct plating chemical testing and perform product functional testing and measurement.
Assist department to set-up new process and perform process characterization study
Ability to do and apply basic chemical analysis in lab environment.
Install, setup and maintain plating process chemistry on prototype equipment in laboratory.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology
Preferred some working experience in chemical process industry or electro-plating experience
Experience in etching/plating process will be added advantage with high technical competency in chemistry and plating related field
Proficient in using microsoft office application
