- Menggunakan kaedah pengajaran yang sesuai dengan keperluan individu pelajar untuk membantu mereka mencapai kejayaan akademik.
- Menilai kemampuan pelajar secara berkala dan memberikan maklum balas yang konstruktif.
- Terlibat dalam pembangunan dan penyesuaian kurikulum berdasarkan keperluan pelajar dan perubahan dalam bidang pendidikan matematik.
- Menangani urusan pentadbiran sehari-hari seperti pengurusan jadual pengajaran, pengurusan data pelajar, dan rekod prestasi pelajar.
