Skop Kerja / Tanggungjawab:
1. Bertanggungjawab dalam membuat stock take harian.
2. Memastikan stok disusun mengikut konsep FIFO (First In First Out)
3. Membuat Pelabelan bagi semua stok dan item.
4. Memeriksaan semua stok yang akan di hantar oleh pemandu lori.
5. Memeriksaan dan membuat rekod bagi item yang dikembalikan oleh customer atau outlet.
6. Membuat laporan tugasan harian (Daily SMS) pada masa yang ditetapkan.
7. Ikuti semua piawaian untuk mengeluarkan dan menerima stok
8. Sentiasa memeriksa kuantiti stok dan memesan stok jika kekurang stok tersebut.
9. Ikuti piawaian pembunkusan syarikat untuk memastikan qualiti tersebut.
10. Menpunyai perancangan jika mempunyai stok baru yang akan datang.
11. Kotrol dan rekod stok pengerakan dan pengeluran
12. Memeriksaan dan mengambil stok mengikut bill/ invoice.
13. Memastikan kawasan stor dalam keadaan yang bersih.
14. Membuat tugasan am yang dibagi oleh penyelia.

Key Responsibilities:
To develop strong dealer channel base for sales on range of existing products (Spare Parts, Tyres, Lubricants, Battery, Car Accessories etc) in assigned territory.
To maintain strong relationship with customers, advise them regarding company new products, pricing and promotion.
Ensure collection of debts in a timely manner.
Provide high quality sales service and after sales services to the customers.
Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve the sales target set by the company.
Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and collection.
Job Requirements:
Hard working, self-motivated, results oriented and honest.
Candidate must possess driving license and own car.
Minimum SPM qualification.
Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
At least one year of sales working experiences in the automation spare part/ Lubricant industry.
